Gay Vista Social Club was founded on the concept of Building Friendships, and we get the opportunity every week to make new friends and see old ones return. For the Fall Season, we wanted to host a party that allowed us to not only think of our friends and family with us here now, but also remember those who may not be with us anymore, or perhaps we just miss and haven’t seen in a long time. In the spirit of friendship and family , we are proud to host our very first GVSC Day of the Dead House Party!
At the home of our GVSC Headquarters and Board Member, Kevin Seifried, we welcome you to a Day of the Dead celebration! Enjoy Mexican-themed tapas, chips and dip, and Spanish sweets & candies as we eat, drink, and dance under the stars on the outdoor courtyard patio. Guests will also be able to participate with our very own GVSC Ofrenda, where you may choose to bring a photo of a friend or family member that has been lost or that you miss, or be able to write and post in person a small note to honor them. Come join us for a night of celebration, laughter, and remembrance!
Admission is free for everyone and BYOB to enter with any bottle, beer, and/or mixer. Guests must BYOB and RSVP in advance to enter the House Party, food will be provided. We will also have our GVSC Philanthropy Raffle again, with tickets 3 for $5 or 7 for $10 with all proceeds going to our GVSC Philanthropy Programs.
